BW150 grouting slurry mud pump description:

BW150 grouting pump is a special equipment for grouting cement and mortar in crankshaft variable grouting project. It is mainly used for curtain grouting, consolidation grouting, anchor grouting of dam foundation, large displacement and long-distance transmission of grout slurry, etc. BW150 grouting pump has strong adaptability to high concentration, high-pressure curtain grouting (more than 5Mpa) and grouting mortar (Dia. less than 2mm), and can be widely used in foundation treatment projects in various industries.

BW150 grouting pump is a horizontal three cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump. The pump has eight speeds, corresponding pressure and flow, which can be adjusted according to the hole diameter and depth. It can be used together with a 1500m drilling rig and can be used for grouting cement slurry. The pump has low energy consumption,flexible operation, high quality and durability, good dismountability and easy to move.
