Description of Hydraulic grouting pump:
DH-H series hydraulic grout pump is suitable for grouting plugging project of high pressure and large displacement. This pump transmits pressure signals by working medium (slurry and hydraulic oil) to form closed-loop automatic control function, therefore the pump is simple in structure, can regulate timely and accurately, and has no overpressure problem. This pump can adjust its output and working pressure by continuously Variable adjustment, and has the function of automatic regulating output according to the pre-seted grouting final pressure. The pump can grout simple-liquid, dual-liquid and chemical grout. The pump is equipped dual-liquid regulator(patented).

1. Q: What is the guarantee period of grouting equipment?

A: It is one year count from one month after shipping date except wearing parts. We will send some wearing parts of machine when delivery.

3. Q: What is the principle of this grouting pump?

A: The principle is similar with TECHNIWELL grouting pump, when you use this grouting pump to grout to fill underground cracks, when the grout pump working, grouting into the underground cracks, if you set on 10Mpa, when the local crack filled, the underground grouting pressure will increase to 10Mpa, the grouting pump will stop and stop grouting. Output is also change according to the pressure when pump working.

A: We could supply wear parts together with machine when delivery. The operation video and instruction file will send to you once you buy our machine.When using the machine, if you have some questions, our engineer also can guide you through the video to help you to solve the problem.
