SGU-8.0 Grouting pump with mixer is a special grouting machine for tunnel lining, which is mainly used for tunnel lining trolley vault with mold grouting construction.The all-in-one machine for grouting with mold on the vault adopts a double-layer design, the upper layer makes grout, the lower layer mixes grout, the front end grouts, and the grouting flow are automatically printed, realizing one device stirring grouting construction of one equipment. While reducing equipment investment, it improves grouting efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of on-site operators.
Tunnel lining vault plate with grouting construction technology, 4 vertical grouting holes is set on the plate of the trolley vault of the second lining of the tunnel, and reactive powder ultra-high strength concrete (RPC) grouting pipes are installed in the holes, and the second lining concrete is poured 1 to 2 hours after completion, start grouting before off model.The grouting material is filled with high-fluidity micro-expansion early-strength and slow-setting mortar, which forms an organic whole with the second-lined concrete, which solves the disadvantages of the traditional grout and the second-lined concrete two skins.The grouting is operated by the integrated grouting and mixing machine with mold on the vault. The grouting material has the characteristics of micro-expansion, high fluidity, early strength, no bleeding, and slow setting. It not only plays the role of cavity filling, but also can compensate or the role of repairing the defects of the second lining concrete.
